The main level of the villa presents a large living room and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens via sliding panoramic doors to allow for an indoor/outdoor connection. As the indoor flows onto a large terrace, you gain additional space to dine poolside with ocean views. On the same level a guest room with 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with private entrance and a connected bathroom are located. On this level you will also find a separate guest house with its own kitchenette a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Stepping up to the upper level of the villa are located two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the bay. This level also features an art studio with a private bathroom. The studio accommodates 2 sofa beds, or it can be available for a private workshop.
